Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S.)

Once shipped, typical transit times are:

Standard: 7–10 business days

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. territories: 7–12 business days

Note: We currently ship within the United States. If/when international shipping becomes available, this page will be updated with applicable timelines.


Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the service level selected.
Free shipping applies to orders over $75.


Tracking

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves the facility.


Multiple Items & Separate Shipments

Because items are made to order and may come from different facilities, your order can ship in separate packages. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.


Address Accuracy & Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re happy to reship once the address is corrected (additional postage may apply).

Address changes can be requested before production starts. Once in production, changes aren’t guaranteed.


Delays & Carrier Issues

We aren’t responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. If your order appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, email goselah@goshenselah.co and we’ll help investigate.


“Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows Delivered but you don’t have the package:

-Check with household members/neighbors and look around the delivery area.

-Contact your local post office/parcel carrier with the tracking number.

-If unresolved withing 3 business days, email us at goselah@goshenselah.co so we can assist with the next steps (solutions may vary by carrier outcome).
